The Enigma6 Call of Duty team successfully qualified for the CWL Pro League during the Pro League Qualifier where we saw the squad automatically qualify from their pools! After a disappointing CWL Las Vegas that saw us barley squeak in to the qualifier as the last seed, we proved all the doubters wrong going 5-1 in pools while only dropping a series against Reciprocity in a close game 5. Day 1 saw the squad pitted against a new look FaZe roster, with their newest addition of Cellium one of the most touted prospects they were looking to make their mark. But they forgot who they were playing, we ended up securing the victory 3-1, with this momentum moving forward to Day 2 we battled against Reciprocity. It was a neck and neck series that led to a game 5, the squad was up 5-1 in the deciding SND but we were on the wrong side of the sword today, as Reciprocity managed to secure the come back and we dropped to 1-1 overall.
To all the E6 doubters out there, we proved you wrong and we hope to keep proving you wrong throughout the season, and to our supporters thank you for sticking with us through thick and thin and never counting us out even when it looked bleak. We’ll see you in the CWL Pro League where we are placed in Division B which kicks off February 4TH 2019.
Day 4 was the last day of pool play and the day where we would cement ourselves. Pitted against Team Sween in a battle for 1st place, the team knocked off the EU powerhouse and claimed not only the victory, but 1st place in our group for the time being. With standout performances from KiSMET and Frosty against Sween, the community was finally taking notice of our prolific play.
The #E6ARMY was taking in new fans left and right after a standout performance on main stage Saturday morning. Our last game of pool play was against FaZe Clan Black, securing this victory would punch our ticket into the CWL Pro League and send a message to everyone that counted us out. Fueled by passion and determination to overcome adversity after Vegas, a quick 3-0 secured the glorious Pro League spot all while topping our Group which was at first labeled the “Group of Death”.
